01. How long does the forging process take?
Each blade is handmade to order. Standard katanas take 2-3 weeks, while custom-forged T10 clay-tempered blades can take up to 6 weeks to ensure perfect heat treatment and hamon definition.

Absolutely. Every katana in our “Premium” and “Custom” line is full-tang, hand-sharpened, and tempered for actual tameshigiri (cutting practice).
