We back every standard blade with a 30-day return window because we are confident in what we ship.

Cancellations and Order Changes

You have 2 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order. After this window, your blade enters our production and fulfillment process in Wazirabad and cannot be changed. Approved cancellations within this period are refunded in full within 14 days to your original payment method.

Standard Returns

Standard catalog blades can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories and original packaging. Blades that show signs of use, sharpening, modification, or damage caused by the buyer will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Do not ship any item back without first contacting us; unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Custom Orders

Every custom blade is forged specifically to your confirmed specifications. Once production begins, the order is non-refundable and non-returnable. Use your 2-hour cancellation window if you need to make changes before forging starts. We confirm all specifications with you before we begin, what you approve is what gets built.

Antique Swords

All authenticated antique sword purchases are final. Due to the legal and logistical complexities involved in the cross-border transport of historical blades, returns are not possible once delivered. We provide full documentation, high-resolution photography, and detailed descriptions for every antique listing. Our team is available to answer any questions before you commit to a purchase.

Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased during a sale, clearance event, or with a promotional discount code are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@plus-traders.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and the product. We will review your claim within 3 business days and arrange a replacement or full refund. Do not attempt to use or alter a blade you believe is incorrect or damaged.

International Orders and Customs

Customers outside the USA are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. Plus Traders is not liable for orders delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities. We cannot issue refunds for items refused or destroyed by customs. Verify your country’s import regulations for bladed products before ordering.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once a returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

How to Start a Return

Email support@plus-traders.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos where applicable. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
