Every blade ships directly from our workshop in Wazirabad. We are transparent about timelines because handmade blades are not warehouse stock, they require care in packing, quality checking, and dispatch. Here is exactly what to expect.
Standard catalog blades: 3 to 10 business days Custom-made blades: 5 to 20 business days after specification approval Antique and authenticated swords: 15 to 45 days, export documentation required.
Processing time begins the next business day after your order is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number the moment your blade leaves our workshop.
USA: 7 to 21 days International: 10 to 30 days depending on destination country
These are carrier estimates based on standard performance. Delays caused by customs, weather, public holidays, or carrier volumes are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us immediately.
Every standard order shipping to any address in the United States ships free. No minimum order value. No hidden fees added at checkout. No premium tier required for reasonable delivery. The price you see is the price you pay, delivered to your door.
International orders ship at a flat rate of $19 USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customers outside the USA are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and local carrier fees upon delivery. These are determined by your country’s customs authority and are entirely outside our control.
Before ordering internationally, verify that bladed products can be legally imported into your country. Plus Traders is not liable for orders seized, held, or refused by customs authorities and cannot issue refunds in these cases.
Every order is fully tracked from our workshop in Wazirabad to your delivery address. You receive your tracking number by email at the point of dispatch. Use it to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier. If your tracking has not updated within the expected dispatch window, contact us and we will investigate.
Delivery is complete once the carrier confirms handover to you or an occupant at your delivery address. Risk transfers to you at that point.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Costs arising from redelivery due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you authorize your order to be left unattended at your address, Plus Traders accepts no liability for theft or deterioration following that delivery.
Inspect your order on arrival. Any damage, missing items, or errors must be reported to us within 72 hours of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date, with photos. After this window, the order is considered received in acceptable condition.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and respond within 1 business day. If the delay cannot be resolved within a reasonable additional timeframe and is not due to circumstances outside our control, you are entitled to a full refund issued within 14 days.
Authenticated antique blades require a legal export license from the relevant cultural authority in Pakistan. This process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Total delivery time from order placement is 15 to 45 days. You may be required to complete import documentation on your end depending on your country’s customs requirements for historical artifacts.
Every standard order is covered against loss, theft, and transit damage from the moment it leaves our workshop to confirmed delivery. To make a claim, within 7 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Shipping protection does not cover: incorrect address provided by the buyer, uncollected parcels, customs seizures, antique sword orders, or outer carton scuffs with no product damage inside.
Optional gift packaging, a decorated presentation box and pouch, is available at checkout for an additional fee. One gift box is included per order regardless of item quantity.
