Our long japanese sword is hand-forged in Wazirabad from 1095 high-carbon steel. It is clay tempered to create a hard edge, flexible spine, and a real natural hamon line. Since each blade is tempered by hand, every hamon pattern is unique.
The sword features a traditional curved blade, genuine ray skin handle, silk wrap, brass fittings, and a lacquered hardwood scabbard. It measures 41.5 inches overall and feels balanced in hand. Every blade is checked in our Wazirabad workshop before shipping. Four generations of family experience go into every sword.
