Roronoa Zoro carries three swords. Every one of them is iconic. And every One Piece fan who has seen them knows exactly how they look. Our Zoro Cosplay Sword collection is hand-forged in Wazirabad from 1045 carbon steel, heat-treated to HRC 50–52, and shaped to character-accurate proportions for each sword in Zoro’s collection. The Wado Ichimonji features its signature white handle and white saya. The Sandai Kitetsu is built with its red handle and red saya, the cursed blade aesthetic fully realized in real steel. The Shusui carries the black blade finish, black saya, and floral tsuba that define it on screen.
The zoro swords are full-tang, hand-sharpened, fitted with character-accurate fittings in real materials in our sale. Blade length 27.5 to 28.5 inches depending on version. Weight 2.2 to 2.4 lbs. Overall length 40 to 41 inches. Cosplay-ready, collector-worthy, and built by a fourth-generation blade making family in Wazirabad.

Roronoa Zoro's three swords are the Wado Ichimonji, the Sandai Kitetsu, and the Shusui. Each has a distinct look; the Wado Ichimonji is white, the Sandai Kitetsu is red with a cursed reputation, and the Shusui is a black-bladed o-wazamono grade sword. We produce all three versions.
Our versions are full-tang and heat-treated making them real functional blades capable of display and light cutting use. They are not props or costume accessories. They are built on the same construction foundation as our standard katana range.
The red Zoro sword refers to the Sandai Kitetsu; a cursed blade in the One Piece series, identified by its red handle, red saya, and distinctive tsuba. Our Sandai Kitetsu is built with a red ray skin handle wrap, red lacquered hardwood saya, and character-accurate fittings in real materials.

We match each sword to the on-screen and manga reference as closely as possible in a hand-forged production piece — blade profile, handle color, saya finish, and tsuba shape per character. Minor hand-production variations exist, as with all handmade pieces.
The black finish on our Shusui is applied as a blade blackening treatment, not a surface paint. It is durable and consistent across the blade flat.
